TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated by Cliff's Workshop, an Australian business. Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Cliff's Workshop. By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Every Cliff's Workshop order is made to order. We do not hold pre-made stock or sell from inventory. Each item is produced individually after you place your order and must pass our quality-control process before it ships. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are ordering a made-to-order item, not buying a mass-produced stock product.
2. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Because every order is produced to order, the following applies to all orders:
- Manufacturing: Production typically takes around 2 weeks, and may take up to 3 weeks during busy periods. As each item is made to order, we do not provide an exact completion date.
- Dispatch: Once your order is manufactured and has passed quality control, it ships as soon as possible.
- Delivery after dispatch: Transit time depends on the destination and the carrier, and is additional to the manufacturing period above.
All timeframes are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept the made-to-order nature of your item and the manufacturing period above. A delay within this window — while we are actively producing and shipping your order and providing tracking — is a normal part of the made-to-order process. It does not constitute non-delivery or a breach of contract, and is not a valid basis for a refund, payment dispute, or chargeback.
3. VISUAL REPRESENTATIONS & AI ASSISTANCE
We use high-end digital technology and AI-assisted creative tools to produce the photos and videos that showcase our products on the Site and in our advertising. These images and videos are for illustrative purposes only. Because our visuals are digitally and AI-generated, the final product may show slight variations in colour, tone, texture, or finish compared with the imagery shown. These minor variations are expected and are not considered a defect.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing and sourcing system.
- Cancellations are permitted only within the first 12 hours of purchase.
- After 12 hours, materials are sourced and the order enters production, costs are incurred, and the order can no longer be cancelled. Customers must receive the item and then follow our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.
5. OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REFUSE ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
- Extreme logistical costs to specific remote regions that exceed the feasibility of the sale. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For most major destinations, applicable taxes are reflected at checkout. However, should any unforeseen local customs charges, import duties, or regional taxes arise, the recipient remains the importer of record and is responsible for those charges.
7. PRODUCT USE
Our wreaths are decorative products. You agree to use each item only for its intended decorative purpose. We are not liable for damage or injury arising from misuse or modification of the product.
8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
